Shipping Methods
We use Canada Post and Fedex package shipping in order to have tracking on packages.
Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone.
Products that require to be shipped in oversized boxes (dimensional weight) will be charged according to Canada Post or Fedex guidelines. We will contact you if there is any additional charges.

Backorders
Vintage Audio Parts attempts to stock all items listed in its catalog and advertising.
We will automatically backorder any parts not in stock and ship them with you next order (if available)
Returns Policy
All parts must be examined by the customer upon receipt of shipment.
If there are any discrepancies with the order, they must be reported to Vintage Audio Parts within 7 working days of receipt.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) supplied by a Vintage Audio Parts.
Customer has 14 days from issue date to return merchandise.
RA# will not be valid after these 14 days.
The RA# must be printed legibly in BOLD print on the outside of the shipping box.
Customer must have a copy of the invoice in the box and indicate the reason for the return.
All parts must be returned with all accessories included and in the original packaging.
Shorted Shipments
If you were billed for parts not received, please contact our Customer Service Department. Notify us which part(s) you did not receive along with the invoice number. We will send out the parts immediately. All claims MUST be made within 7 days from date of receipt.

Due to fluctuations of the dollar against the International Exchange Rate and changing market conditions, our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices printed in our most recent catalog are current at press time. If you have any questions about pricing, ask our Customer Service Representative when placing your order. Prices on this website are in Canadian Dollars.
Special Order Parts
If available through our suppliers, we will gladly attempt to special order products not in our regular inventory.
However, once special orders are placed, they can not be cancelled, refunded and/or returned.
Warranty/Disclaimer
The items identified in this inventory are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." There shall be NO OTHER warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of MERCHANTABILITY.
Limitation of Remedies
The BUYERS exclusive remedy for any claim is limited to a refund or credit, which buyer must make within 30 days from date on the final invoice. Furthermore, the refund or credit shall be limited to, and under no circumstances exceed, the amount of the purchase price as listed in the final invoice.
